If a lawyer loses a case...what do they lose, nothing, they still get a cheque. I believe that if a lawyer knows, in any way, that a case is unwinnable they should suffer the same consequences as the party they are representing. If they lose a case due to incompetence - no fees due.

Africa has the resources and capability but it is kept at victimhood status whilst those resources are stripped. Africa has to become a producer, it has to build factories, refinaries and laboratories that not only export finished goods but supply and enrich it's own people with those very same goods.

So it's treasonous to bring our horrific crime statistics to the rest of the world? Over 20 people massacred in mass shootings this past weekend!!! If those crosses shine light on the massive iceberg of murders below, then so be it. Show up the pathetic leadership we have to endure in this country, smiling and waving, extolling advice to other countries whilst near 60 citizens are massacred every single day!!!
