GOOD NEWS

MCD order withdrawn - A delegation of @PFAppf @pfaindia met with the Mayor of Delhi yesterday and raised concerns about the proposed drive to remove street dogs.

The order issued by MCD on 4.8.2023, which was issued in suppression of the Action Plan of 3.8.2023 is now summarily withdrawn. The same has been confirmed by @MCD_Delhi officials.

We thank the @LtGovDelhi and @DelhiMayor and hope that no surreptitious relocation of dogs will happen which will aggravate the dog bite situation.
