उक्त बच्ची दिनांक 17/08/2026 की शाम मुजफ्फरपुर से सीतामढ़ी आने के क्रम में गलती से दूसरे रूट की किसी ट्रेन में सवार हो गई। रात लगभग 9:45 बजे तक बच्ची की माता-पिता से बात हुई थी, जिसके बाद से बच्ची से संपर्क नहीं हो पा रहा है और वह अभी तक घर नहीं पहुंची है।

बच्चियों की बोली लगाना मानवता पर कलंक है।

दैनिक भास्कर की अंडरकवर पड़ताल ने आदिवासी बच्चियों की कथित खरीद-फरोख्त के एक भयावह नेटवर्क को उजागर किया है—जहाँ नाबालिग बच्चियों के लिए लाखों रुपये की डील की बात सामने आई।

यह सिर्फ मानव तस्करी नहीं, बल्कि बचपन, सम्मान और इंसानियत की खरीद-फरोख्त है। ऐसे दलालों और इस पूरे नेटवर्क में शामिल लोगों के खिलाफ तत्काल ��ठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए तथा पीड़ित बच्चियों को सुरक्षित बचाकर उनका पुनर्वास सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए।

बेटियाँ बिकने के लिए नहीं, सम्मान और सुरक्षित भविष्य के लिए जन्म लेती हैं।

हमें उम्मीद नहीं, बल्कि पूरा भरोसा है कि राजस्थान पुलिस एवं सरकार नाबालिग बेटियों के सर्वोत्तम हित में कठोरतम कार्रवाई करते हुए दोषियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कदम जरूर उठाएगी। बेटियों की सुरक्षा, सम्मान और न्याय सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

A Major Victory Against Human Trafficking!

In the case involving 22 children rescued from Muzaffarpur Junction by the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) and the Railway Protection Force (RPF), the Hon’ble Court has sentenced four human traffickers to 14 years of rigorous imprisonment.

This landmark judgment sends a strong message against child trafficking, child labour, and the exploitation of children. The decision will further strengthen ongoing efforts to combat human trafficking and ensure justice for child victims.

The contributions of AVA, RPF, the prosecution, and the judiciary in securing this outcome are highly commendable. The stringent punishment awarded by the Court sends a clear message that those who violate children's rights and exploit innocent lives will not be spared.

बाल कल्याण समिति सीतामढ़ी ने मानवता को शर्मसार कर दिया! 😡
रक्षक भक्षक बन गए।

जिसे रेड लाइट एरिया से छुड़ाया, उसे वापस देह व्य��पार के दलदल में धकेला! सवालों के घेरे में बाल कल्याण समिति

सीतामढ़ी पुलिस ने रेड लाइट एरिया से एक नेपाल की नाबालिग लड़की को छुड़ाया, लेकिन बाल कल्याण समिति (CWC) ने फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर बिना किसी सत्यापन के उसी वेश्यालय के संचालक को उसकी "अभिभावक" बनाकर सौंप दिया।

यह नाकामी नहीं, स्पष्ट अपराध है।

सीतामढ़ी पुलिस ने दो बार इस बालिका को दलदल से निकाला। खासकर SP अमित रंजन के प्रयासों से दू���री बार रेस्क्यू कर उसे सुरक्षित नेपाल पहुंचाया गया। सीतामढ़ी पुलिस की इस संवेदनशीलता और professionalism की सराहना की जानी चाहिए।

लेकिन सवाल अब भी गंभीर हैं:

CWC के चयन के समय चयन समिति ने उनकी पृष्ठभूमि की जांच क्यों नहीं करवाई?

CWC के दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन कौन करता है?

बिहार समाज कल्याण विभाग इस घोर लापरवाही पर अब तक चुप क्यों है?

फर्जी ��भिभावक को बच्ची सौंपने का फैसला किसने लिया और क्यों?

नाबालिग बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा सबसे पवित्र जिम्मेदारी है। अगर बच्चियों की रक्षा करने वाली समिति ही उन्हें दोबारा खतरे में धकेल दे, तो माता-पिता कहां जाएं?

नियमानुसार क्या होना चाहिए :-

पूरे मामले की उच्च स्तरीय न्यायिक जांच हो

दोषी CWC के संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ तुरंत FIR दर्ज हो और उन्हे तत्काल पद से बर्खास्त किया जाना चाहिए

SIT गठित क�� पूरे साजिश का पर्दाफाश किया जाए

बाल कल्याण समितियों में अध्यक्ष व सदस्य चयन और सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा हो

Major Action by @bihar_police, Just Rights for Children Alliance — Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) and Narayani Seva Sansthan — in collaboration with Bihar Police, carried out a major rescue operation with the support of @GopalganjPolice and @SaranPolice, successfully rescuing a total of 64 minor girls trapped in orchestra groups.

These girls had allegedly been trafficked from different states and were being forced to dance on obscene songs while facing exploitation and abuse.

During the joint operation, Bihar Police acted swiftly and arrested a total of 32 accused persons, registering cases under various legal sections.

Under the guidance of Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi and the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister @samrat4bjp, the Bihar Government continues to take strict action against crimes related to women and child safety. Bihar Police is carrying out commendable work to protect the rights and dignity of women and children.

भास्कर की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक राजस्थान में बेची गई सासाराम की नाबालिग की आपबीती :- झूठ बोलकर ले गए, लाखों में बेचा, अधेड़ से शादी कराई, डेढ़ साल तक दरिंदगी करता रहा ;

यह खबर पढ़कर अत्यंत दुख होता है कि आज भी नाबालिग बेटियों को जानवरों से भी कम कीमत पर खरीदा और बेचा जा रहा है। यह न केवल अमानवीय है, बल्कि हमारे समाज और व्यवस्था दोनों के लिए गहरी शर्म की बात है।

ऐसी घटनाएँ हमें झकझोरती हैं और याद दिलाती हैं कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा केवल कानून की ही नहीं, बल्कि हम सभी की भी सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है।

यह घटना केवल एक खबर नहीं, बल्कि ह���ारे समाज की एक भयावह सच्चाई है।

सासाराम की एक नाबालिग बच्ची को झूठे बहाने से ले जाकर लाखों में बेच दिया गया, और उसकी शादी एक अधेड़ व्यक्ति से कर दी गई। डेढ़ साल तक उसके साथ जो हुआ, वह मानवता को शर्मसार कर देने वाला है।

यह मामला सिर्फ एक बच्ची का नहीं है — यह मानव तस्करी, बाल विवाह और हमारे सिस्टम की कमजोरियों का गंभीर उदाहरण है।

हमें खुद से ��ुछ कठिन सवाल पूछने होंगे:-

1. क्या हमारी व्यवस्था इतनी कमजोर है कि बच्चों को इस तरह बेचा जा सके?
2. क्या स्थानीय स्तर पर निगरानी और सुरक्षा तंत्र प्रभावी है?
3. और सबसे जरूरी — हम, एक समाज के रूप में, कहाँ खड़े हैं?

👉 बच्चों की सुरक्षा सिर्फ सरकार की जिम्मेदारी नहीं, हम सबकी भी है।
