@AaronHectorCFP If the RESP is too large, is it a good strategy to pull all of the RESP PSE out first during the first semester so that the money will not further grow? the stock market is too strong these daysπ
$FO.CA / $TBN spread looks too good to be true. ~35% now for a deal to close in Q1 '26. Something fishy going on? Anybody up to date on either name?

So if you buy $FGF today, you get $5/share of $ETH, but also a CVR on ~$33/share tangible book of investments, but also that can be diluted by the $5 warrants exercising between 8/1 and 8/8? Why would you not stagger these dates to give runoff to legacy shareholders?
@valwithcatalyst quote here: ", the Warrant Price shall be reduced by an amount (in dollars) equal to the difference of (i) the Warrant Price in effect prior to such reduction minus (ii) (A) the Per Share Consideration (as defined below) (but in no event less than zero) minus (B) the Black-Schole
@valwithcatalyst Hi RLJ. Love this idea! But are you sure that the warrant payoff will be determined by Black-Scholes in this situation? I checked warrant agreement dated 7/19/2018 (and 1st amendment) and the only place mentioned BS value is article 4.4 where it says a different scenerio..
@cdnvaluestocks@Sportellosprea1@Bobray71864689@cjquaschnick Hi Tyler, do you have a theory why TPG sold their stake to the company at around $11 last April? If SECURE is truly that undervalued given the business quality, you wonder why TPG as a sophisticated investor sold at such a low valuation.
@thewritser@Avaritia2011@AlphaVulture $2.3785/share dividend received with 15% withheld. Cheers to everyone involved! Finally the end of multi-year drama show
Has anyone received the pre-closing cash distribution from $UDF $UDFI yet? it supposes to be "payable on or around March 13,2025" but nothing in my ibkr acct as of today...@thewritser@AlphaVulture
