@Deliveroo@wingstop do either of you care to explain why delivering just half my order and inedible food that would have risked food poisoning if reheated only constitutes less than 25% refund? This is a Failure to meet consumer rights act 2015. Shocking service
@wingstop@Deliveroo I have dm’d you but not expecting a resolution as I’ve been told by Deliveroo they won’t compensate further. Posting here to warn others not to risk. I’m upset as we’d had such an amazing experience in store and this was the opposite end of the scale.
@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo@wingstop Why bother you already have and your response was “We've investigated the issue you have reported and reviewed the feedback you shared with us. We'll be unable to share further compensation with you for this order, and apologise for any disappointment this may cause.”
•Services ought to be carried out with due skill and care .. not the case as half the order was missing! So your delivery driver didn’t bring what was ordered.. lack of skill and care!
•Fit for purpose .. not the case everything was cold and half the food didn’t arrive so it didn’t meet the purpose of feeding the family it was ordered for!
•As described not the case everything was cold and items like chips didn’t come with the dips that were paid for!
@MPD_Online and @O2 what are you playing at I’ve been waiting for my order advertised at next day delivery for 11 days now.. no movement or updates! Just waiting on O2. This is appalling!
Well done @jaguar @LandRover_UK for moving towards an electric fleet and turning off the capability to do smart charging at home, and giving your customers zero notice about it as well!! Hundreds of angry owners on the forums who rely on the likes of Octopus intelligent at home
For some odd reason, @Jaguar believes I-PACE owners don’t like benefiting from the significant savings @OctopusEnergy’s Intelligent Go tariff provides, and have banned its use, by withdrawing the use of their API (to Octopus and other energy suppliers).
@Jaguar why have you upgraded the Ipace software so that it’s not compatible with smart charging. Intelligent octopus just emailed their customers saying because of this it means we are reverting to a more expensive plan.
@Jaguar why are Jaguar EVs no longer compatible with Intelligent Octopus tariff?
@OctopusEnergy say ‘Jaguar Land Rover made some changes to their software which prevents third party charging apps (including ours) from communicating with their cars’.
Why? Massive inconvenience.
@Jaguar what the f***?!
@OctopusEnergy tells me that you are removing compatibility with their Intelligent Octopus programme. Why?
It is now costing me more money. For nothing. Your car is a piece of crap anyway but this is icing on the cake. Utter, utter garbage.
@Jaguar why are Jaguar EVs no longer compatible with Intelligent Octopus tariff?
@OctopusEnergy say ‘Jaguar Land Rover made some changes to their software which prevents third party charging apps from communicating with their cars’.
Why?
@Jaguar I've just been given one day's notice by Octopus Energy that you are stopping third party integrations today leaving lots of your customers on useless intelligent tariffs and increased costs. No communication from you whatsoever. Really poor @Jaguar
@sipuncher@Jaguar I too have had the joy of being informed of this @7:30pm tonight, effective 6am tomorrow morning. It is completely unacceptable. I appreciate this is a security measure, this is not an insurmountable problem, add additional security procedures and work with the elec suppliers
@Jaguar just been contacted by Octopus energy to say you’re stopping support for 3rd party integrations today. No comms from you at all. Lots of customers using smart tariffs for their IPaces really frustrated by the impact of this. Very poor on your part.
