📢1/ 11 MPs have written to Foreign Sec @JamesCleverly urging him to introduce a fee waiver for bereaved spouses seeking indefinite leave to remain in the UK. The extortionate fee, £2,885, prices many grieving women in particular out of the status to which they're entitled.
Public Interest Law Centre represents the Claimant in this case and we hope that this government will do what they had promised and resolve our client’s case and introduce the fee waiver without further delay.
