@BootsHelp Thanks for the reply. Feels a little like greenwashing tbh. The impact of production of plastic is enormous, recycling aside. I’m sure many customers would be as happy with no packaging at all similar to how you buy the mascara.

@BootsUK just wondering why you have introduced plastic to product packaging that was fully cardboard previously? So disappointing particular as the rest of the world is trying to reduce plastic not increase it.
