You can ultimately make training as hard or easy as you want.
The ones who always try to cheat things/make it easier always get sub-par results.
The ones who lean into the discomfort/make things difficult will get more from it.
This is just the facts.
I cannot begin to express how much joy my dog brings to my life
Its like having your own private sun hanging around you at all times
When the life gets gloomy
She brings the light
U.S. Interest payment is now equal to Defense spending
And 30% of the debt has to be refinanced in the next 12 months at todays higher rates!!
Hang on! 🚀
Eye-popping stat:
Per the US Mint, it now costs 2.72 cents (!) to make a single penny. They minted 5 billion last year anyway while ~200 billion sit in jars somewhere.
It costs 10.41 (!) cents to make a nickel. They minted more than a billion of those too.
Hard to believe that Germany is shutting down its last nuclear power plants and restarting coal plants — switching from one of the safest energy sources to the deadliest.
The rich should “pay their fare share”
Per latest IRS report
top 1% of US taxpayers paid 48%
top 10% paid 72% of total income taxes
bottom 40% of US income tax filers paid no net income tax at all
DID REPUBLICANS PAY FOR 2008?
Let's revisit 2008.
Lots of money printed.
All good, right?
Well, no. Someone was diluted.
That's what inflation is. It's dilution.
And maybe we can see *who* was diluted.
In 2008, Republican and Dem districts were equal.
See the outline of both distributions below?
But by 2018, Democrats had pulled way ahead.[1]
That's the blue dots, with center ahead of red.
Remember, printed money went to coasts first.
And Cantillon effect[2] gave purchasing power.
And most on the coasts were Democrats.
And 2008-2016 was a Democrat administration.
Perhaps just a coincidence that Dems rich by 2018.
And Republicans suddenly became poor.
But it does seem like the cost of the print...
...was imposed on the political opposition.
In a deniable and invisible way.
Unconscious even to those doing the imposing.

There’s no one at the wheel y’all.
The talking heads and policy makers are just making it up as they go, trying to assemble a patch work response following decades of democratic delusions and bureaucratic incompetence enabled by easy access to credit.
Good luck.
