"Devastating" seems to be the word the media is playing up. I'll point out again w/o test numbers u can't put an adjective in it. As the Gov says it's like knowing the numerator w/o knowing denominator. Maybe it is devastating...or maybe it's on 100k tests (like Sat) & it's not.
