@Jason @friedberg @chamath @DavidSacks on the energy debate my dad lives in a village in wales in the UK, they built a wind farm 10 miles away, as part of the approval process the company had to offer free electricity to all households within 25 miles and set up and investment fund to invest in local initiatives. The company ripped the local authorities hand off for the deal, which was completed in record time. Think it shows if a deal is good for everyone things can happen. Just need pragmatic leadership that wants to make it happen and are willing to get out the way when needed

@Jason watched the all in over the weekend and the bit you talking at glp1 it was your openness that persuaded me to try them was April 24 was morbidly obese had just been rushed to hospital with hyper tension, couldn’t walk anywhere without sweating and getting out of breath (which was not good living in the uae) had tried for years to loose weight and nothing worked (even training and ran the New York marathon ) since then managed to loose over 40 pounds get married and now do a three mile walk each morning with a 20 kg weight vest on. just wanted to say thanks for the push to try it honestly changed all our lives if anyone is in the same boat and debating using these take my advice give it a go honestly nothing to loose

The Immigration service is and has been broken for years. I have worked with a number of entrepreneurs looking to expand their businesses to the US, that had a conviction in there teens or early 20's for chrimes that are classed as Moral Turpitude (please look at the list its hilarious even DUI falls into it) No matter how long ago these chrimes were committed (record so far is 40 years, since then they went o to build a 100 million pound per annum business, have a family, pillar of the community and of course pay lots of taxes) They had to bend over backwards to get into the US, Never mind get permission to establish a business.
