@Ask_Spectrum I was calling #SpectrumMobile with a billing issue & spoke to two agents who make me want to cancel my service & give my business to a company that appreciates customers. They refused me a supervisor & were just worried that the longer the call went on would make them look bad.

Thank you @ShieldVoC for helping to amplify the fact that @Uber_Support and @Postmates_Help doesn't value their customers & has horrible customer service. Unfortunately, most companies w/ bad CS only care once social media puts their bad behavior on blast. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Going back & forth w/ @Uber_Support & @Postmates is exhausting.They've lost a customer over $20. Thank God @PayPal stands behind customers & makes things right. Bc according to UE, there is a limit to the # of times u can be reimbursed 4 items pd for & not received. Unfair!? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh & I immediately sent them my phone # and still never received a call. Just multiple emails from a different person each time telling me the same thing - "I'm wrong & they're right & they don't give a shit that they've lost a customer." Luckily they aren't the only service!

It's far from being sorted. I just keep getting the same email from different reps explaining why I'm wrong and you're right and how I can fix it by paying for something I don't owe. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just received this email four times in five minutes from @Uber_Support & @Postmates_Help Why did they ask for my phone number then? Argh. This apparently is what they consider "working it out" Lol
