@BBCWatchdog Friend went into @EE shop in Epsom for new phone. Manager offered him a free tablet as part of deal with phone. When he got home on receipt it showed an £18 a month fee had been put on. Friend only received contract for phone. Shop unwilling to resolve.

@EE Hi Casey. Mark J had advised him to go back to shop. He did. Epsom refused to sort out. Due to change of mind policy. Difficult to change mind if you didn't know you were paying extra.Even original sales girl thought it was in the price of phone when he went back the first time.

Beware of managers bearing free tablets @ee. Friend got signed up on to a tablet tariff without knowing. Only once got home and noticed it on receipt. Only given a contract for new phone. Epsom store unwilling to put right. Friend completely taken advantage of.
