THERE IS NO £2,500 CAP ON ENERGY BILLS.

Instead the new 1 Oct guarantee, like the old caps, limits
- Daily charge (28p gas, 46p elec)
- & Unit rates (10p/kWh gas, 34p/kWh elec)

So use more, pay more. £2,500 is just what someone with avg use'd pay

@CarlaKCoach I use the bike at the gym. I now use the recumbent version due to poor balance. I never used cross trainer as I couldn’t coordinate my limbs! PT has encouraged me to use it in autumn. I built up to 5 mins with just 1 rest in middle. (1)

@AntRainford Gutted that I may be stopped from going to gym again. I felt 100% safe at gym yesterday. Did not feel safe on bus coming home as driver was not sticking to bus rules as far as I understood them 😢
