@Faialsulaiti @SaraYJAlJassim@Nouveii@snmarafi true we can also see that by comparing the number of job opportunities 10 years back and now. theres a huge difference, it increased and developed #BSE18
@SaraYJAlJassim@Nouveii@snmarafi I cant really decide, but from my own experience i dont think so. these jobs in many private companies are already fulfilled and i dont think they’ll accept more people #BSE18
@danaalkhayarin@snmarafi Yeah also someone told me the same thing. She got masters degree and she said its not that beneficial for her work, it just made a little difference. Its a sad fact and demotivating for many young students 🤷🏽♀️ #BSE18
@hudabbasi@Tameem_alasfar@SaraYJAlJassim Yeah i think they only care about the number of people being trained or interns and this is unfair because some people want to learn something #BSE18
@Nouveii@snmarafi also, everyone says that business majors are the most required to work that theres a high demand on this major and that u can find different jobs with that degree here in Qatar, therefore most qataris prefer this major #BSE18
@ayjassim@linataha7 @Faialsulaiti I think they relate engineering to men because some women cant go to industries or not allowed to. and some engineering positions requires that, therefore they only hire men #BSE18
@SaraYJAlJassim@Tameem_alasfar therefore i think it was demotivating and i didnt want to work in that position. However i think that they should motivate students towards internships and make them benefit from the experience rather than just getting it done #BSE18
@SaraYJAlJassim@Tameem_alasfar true, i also experienced the same situation. also many of them think that we are still young students we know nothing in the workplace, so I think they have to put us in real situations and give us serious tasks because we will be put in those places in future #BSE18
