THE HUMAN COST OF ETHNIC CLEANSING in MANIPUR!

There is no greater inhumanity in the world than hurting or belittling a child.

Khamson (1 and a half years old) and his family were among those Zo tribal families who were attacked by Meitei mobs following the outbreak of State - sponsored ethnic cleansing oftheZo tribals on 3rd May.
Their family was escaping from a Meitei mob but a group of Meira Paibis (Meitei women) caught them. Meira Paibis proceeded to assault his family. Khamson, who was in the arms of his grandmother, was not spared. Meira Paibis slapped the toddler and rained blows on his head multiple times.
Khamson is now on medical treatment outside Manipur owing to persistent high fever. He is ridden with trauma after his horrifying experiences. He still has nightmares and would cry out in his sleep.

We demand Justice!

MEITEI ATROCITIES SURFACES IN ASSAM

Five months into the State-sponsored ethnic violence launched by the Meitei majority against the minority Zo ethnic tribes in Manipur, Meitei atrocities have alarmingly started to surface in other parts of India as well. Yesterday, a bank officer from the Zo community was assaulted by two Meitei men.

The victim, Tunkhansiam Paite, who was working as a Bank Manager of PNB Natun Bazar Branch, Hailakandi, Cachar in Assam, was accosted by a Meitei man who verbally abused him based on his identity while he was making purchases at a shop in the early evening. Siam ignored the man and returned to his office. When he was returning home after office, the Meitei man, who was waiting for him, trailed behind Siam’s scooty. Siam halted his scooty after seeing a person waving by the roadside, and the Meitei stalker stopped next to him and continued hassling him. Another Meitei man came over and the both of them attacked Siam physically, with one of them picking up a boulder and hitting him on the back of his head.
Siam had to undergo medical treatment following the attack. The Meitei attackers have been picked up by the Assam Police yesterday and will be facing penalties for exporting Meitei ethnic violence outside of Manipur.

We are not safe even outside Manipur, how can we live together under one administration dear @SCJudgments

@BinaNepram You want to work with the mothers of Manipur who instruct their sons to rape women?? What situation did they exactly bring under control?? All I’ve heard and known about them is nothing but chaos and destruction.

Remember your brothers did not shy away from publicly molesting ,groping and parading women naked because of the green light given by these mothers.

By supporting these women you are endorsing and justifying the shameful act of the men who disrespect women and yet you call yourself a women activist. You should be ashamed.

The events that have transpired since May 3rd in Manipur have been unimaginably dreadful. It's difficult to put into words how we can possibly move forward. We've witnessed oppressions, arsons, killings, looting, sexu@l assaults, hatred everywhere.

On May 4th, a video of Meitei Women instructing sexu@l assaults of a Kuki-Zo woman to their sons circulated (1st clip).

On July 2nd, David Thiek Hmar was beheaded & butchered by Meitei Men, his decapitated head hung on a fence! Later, image appears wherein the murderer, without any guilt, comfortably held our brother David'a severed head (as shown in the last slide).

Not even a month passed since David was brutally killed & while the Kuki-Zo are still mourning over the death of our Pasaltha David Thiek Hmar, a video of Meitei Men parading n@ked & m0lesting 2 Kuki-Zo Women surfaced. This is such a cruel world we are living in!

How can we possibly live with the people who hate us enough to instruct assaults, to kill us in the most barbaric way & who doesn't respect & value the chastity of women? Would it be even fair to the victims?

Even if & only IF we are to want to "wish" we could still live together, the reality is too harsh & grim. It is not a fancy, wishful thinking but rather the "reality" that brought us to opt for the only viable option, which is the demand for a Separate Administration.

Olivia Chongloi and Florence Hangsing were another two kuki-zo woman who were victims of r@pe after the fake news of meitei women being r@ped first circulated.

They were originally from Khopibung Kangpokpi Village. In order to support themselves they had worked at a car wash in Konung Mamang,Imphal.

On the 5th of May the two girls were gagged and dragged after being identified by the meitei mobs. They were confined inside a room from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. the meitei women handed over the young women to the mob, and even urged the crowd to assault them “as a retaliation”

The family said that the girls’ co-workers could do nothing to help the two young women but heard them screaming and pleading for release from outside the locked room, indicating the possibility they were raped, molested, and tortured. When the room was finally opened after 7 p.m, it was filled with a mixture of the victims’ blood and hair. They had succumbed to the brutality. The victims’ parents were told that the bodies of their daughters were in the morgue at JNIMS. Their bodies still lay there even today.

Talk about kuki-zo having no love and respect for our women all the while parading our women naked,groping them,r@ping them and taking videos as they insult them.

The video itself outrages me but posts like this make me want to slap the f**** out of this page owner until he comes to his senses.

They are not angry at their men for their disgusting behaviour. But they are angry that the video came out to the world.

The Manipur police took more than 70days to register the case. Why? Because they are no different from the r@pists. Now that the video is out it didn’t even take them a day to act. But is arresting the culprits enough?? Each one of them should be tortured and hanged.

Before you talk about respect first ask yourself and your meitei brothers if they respected our women before they toyed with them for their own pleasure.

Instead of being remorseful about the inhuman treatment against the women this page accuses us of utilising the video as a means to demand for a separate administration.

is truly alarming.
On 4th May around 9:30pm,
Armstrong Moirangthem uploaded a video saying there are rape cases in Churachandpur. (which is false)
The statement was further supported by one of the most influential actor Soma Laishram and a well-known designer Robert Naorem.
Since then, these false allegations have resulted in many rape cases.

'Selective Justice' has been carried out by the state government.
However, let's hope for these women to get Jutice at all cost!
