Not sure if there's a way this can be escalated so there's a record of public requests for this to cease?

@jemgillam @NatWest_Help I couldn't not think about this... One could hash each character individually with a salt, store each result in it's own field (column in DB), then do standard comparisons... Basically 20 different passwords each of only 1 character in length - salt prevents rainbow attacks.

Seriously... The password should be hashed, so original length should be irrelevant, having a minmum makes sense, having a maximum length of 20 chars, makes no sense!

@jemgillam @NatWest_Help If it means they are not hashing my password I'm gonna explode! But yes - they do do that with the password and I'm not sure of any algoritms where you can just check specific characters and still have the result in a hash...

@VisionExpress I'm not sure this makes sense when I can buy a new pair, more plastic, for £39, where's that £69 in those glasses? Also if that's the reason for the cost, why is it listed as a re-glazing fee, separate to the cost of the lenses?

.@BritishGasHelp Your engineer came round yesterday (for annual service) and left, with our boiler broken, without telling us. Booked repair yesterday and a) soonest repair is 10 days and b) it has disappeared from the list of upcoming visits. Tell me you can do better than this?
