If u don't coach something every play -- whether it's a correction, praise or feedback -- then you're cheating your players. Great enthusiasm. Great effort. Great communication.
@les7spellman@les7spellman No doubt! I trained at @xpe_sports as a hs kid back when they were still in Atlanta. I reached out last year about a client I wanted to train with Tony down in FL and he still remembered who I was almost 15 years later. Heβs a huge reason why I do what I do now!
WARNING; young people donβt become addicted to social media. In the last 10 years Iβve seen more athletes confidence, game,& self esteem destroyed by the opinions of Twitter, IG, Tik tok, & Snap chat. Please protect your mental by not living in this fantasy world. #READABOOK

@CoachAlanBishop@SimpliFaster Awesome stuff Coach! Did you decide on the 20 degree wedge as what fit the bell curve for your athletes or do you see it as a more optimal angle for the progression itself?
If one explosive move can get the job done, why do 2 or more! Donβt coach athletes out of efficiency. Donβt make a drill into a circus act or obstacle course. Simple still sells! Especially when a great result is the result!
We have been dumbed down culturally to expect long, drawn out rehabs and slow rates of progress. If you don't see some improvement in a few days its time to question your methods.
I think sometimes it is more important to know who SHOULDN'T do advanced training means then learning all about the next big thing. Basics work well for a long time for a reason.
