So my February resolution is to get up and do a 20 minute spin on the exercise bike before starting my day. Every weekday morning. Predictions on my how many days this will last? I haven’t even set the alarm for tomorrow yet!
I bought a new shower gel at the weekend (living the high life) which came with hints of this and essence of that. The reality, post shower this morning, is that I smell dangerously like I drank a bottle of whiskey last night! I would have got “looks” on the train if commuting!

Day 3 of my February challenge (to do 20 minutes on the bike every morning) complete. 3 days of resisting the wise voice in my head saying “stay in bed, it’s so warm and comfy here”. ✅✅✅

I love the concept of little “nudges” and their ability to change our behaviour. I’m hoping that buying some book ends, so the newish books are neatly stood up rather than in a pile, may be the nudge to actually read them!

I’ve really struggled to find the time/drive to exercise much in 2021, even though I’m lucky to have a gym in my garage. I made the time yesterday and surprise surprise I felt great for it! Well not immediately afterwards when I took this pic, but roughly 20 minutes later!
