Wake up at 4 or 5am. Lift for 30 minutes, walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes after your lift.

Boom now you’re at 5,000 - 6,000 steps before you even get to work.

Take a 10 minute walk after lunch and dinner.

Congrats - workouts and 10k steps are now apart of your life.
