Is this cyber incident causing pay as you go issues @TfL ? Got these two charges last week when I went from Paddington - Farrington - Paddington on Wednesday, max should be £5.60. These charges are even more than the price cap and can’t access online account to request refund!

Today we are taking part in #ShowYourStripes day by lighting up our BT Tower. These stripes show the progressive heating of our planet and highlights that climate change continues to be one of our planet’s greatest challenges.

Created by Professor @ed_hawkins of the @UniofReading in 2018, each coloured ‘stripe’ represents the average temperature for a single year, relative to the average temperature over the last 170 years. Shades of blue indicate cooler-than-average years, while red shows years that were hotter than average.

At BT Group, we have been leaders on climate action for over 30 years and continue our journey toward becoming a net zero business by FY31 and net zero value chain by FY41. Here are some highlights of our progress so far:

- CDP A rating on climate change for 8 years.
- 4,100 total EV’s in our fleet (and growing!).
- 61% reduction in our carbon emissions intensity since FY17.
- Helped customers avoid 3.8m tonnes of carbon since 2021.
- 4% drop in our energy consumption since FY23.
