@GWRHelp Train has left Chippenham and was briefly showing on the GWR app as due into Paddington 25 mins late (the app always optimistically thinks delays can be caught back). However train is now stopped outside Swindon and app is just showing it as delayed. Still no announcements…

@Anapecalleddave @GWRHelp My partner has been stuck on a train that hasn’t moved for 30 mins and there have been no announcements in all that time. She doesn’t know what to do and is at risk of missing the appointment that she was travelling for.

@FedExHelpEU I have sent you a DM. Meanwhile I’ve just heard that my package that was guaranteed for Monday is now scheduled for tomorrow - as it was previously scheduled for Monday l, then rescheduled Monday for Tuesday, then rescheduled Tuesday for today…
It’s a shambles.
