One of the biggest announcement from #GoogleCloudNext from last week is the Agent2Agent Protocol (A2A) - I've always called out in the past that agent to agent communication will be the real game changer in GenAI - https://t.co/398w9PB08K

Over the last couple of days, I spent some time understanding the architecture of Agent2Agent Protocol (A2A) and I came up with some thoughts around how it would work with Salesforce Agentforce as well as third party agents such as @ServiceNow, @Zendesk , @Zoho and several others.

A) I created an architecture diagram to illustrate how this can all come together leveraging the A2A protocol components.

B) I also created a A2A protocol based support ticket based flow involving Service Cloud (could be any other case management platform), Agentforce, A2A stack (client, server, message, task) and a heterogeneous agent such as ServiceNow.

If you're exploring A2A and have some thoughts on how this architecture/ use case could fit/ not fit, I'd love to know your feedback.
