Just a friendly reminder when someone says that Maverick County is a Democrat stronghold they obviously haven’t been paying attention to trends and the failures of a Democrat Administration and the Democrat Controlled Congress. We look forward to winning in November!
Maverick County isn’t only Eagle Pass. It’s also small communities like Quemado which are often ignored. It’s these small communities that are hit hardest from the Biden Admin’s open border policies! It was great to be out and show Quemado that Republicans stand with them!
Like Governor @GregAbbott_TX said at our Lincoln Reagan Dinner, “The Republican Party of Maverick County. The Republican Party is big, it is strong, and it growing!
After checking with the SOS. The position for constable of Precinct 1 must appear on the November ballot. If any Republican is interested in running for Precinct 1 Constable for the upcoming special election let us know!
Not sure but TLC has made multiple mistakes to which they haven’t fixed. We have the real precinct by precinct numbers from election night because we have the grand total print out. It’s only off by 11 votes due to late mail in ballots all of which were straight Democrat.
@MaverickCoGOP@JonathanSimon14 4/ The problem appears to have been caught but it seems important for the process to be transparent. Was the error bound to be caught or was it's catch a fluke? The TLC did eventually correct their numbers but they sent me to the Texas SOS, some of whose files still have errors.
If we had to guess the stark difference for HD74 was because that candidate was from Maverick County. Most Republicans got 38%-42% but the support locally at the time for the “favorite son” was too much.
@BevMovement@VotingBlueInTX@BetoORourke 1/ That error in the Senate vote from Maverick can be seen as the blue leftward spike in precinct 4D below. It's also curious how the vote margins for 5 races, from President to RR Commissioner, were similar but the margin for State Assembly was much more Dem. @JonathanSimon14
@J_Ry_Wolfe1999 It takes us approximately 5 hours to count 16,000 paper ballots in Maverick County. It shouldn’t take 7 days to count that ballots and that’s assuming they are all paper ballots which we doubt for Clark county.
