Ok @virginmedia, I’ve had enough. We’ve been without our TV for 6 days following the outage last week. We have been given several promises for dates that the issue will be fixed - hasn’t happened. I was promised an update by phone this morning - hasn’t happened. 30 year customer!
More fake bullshit. Called in and complained. Nobody has any idea. Lied to by complaints. No escalation. When I pushed back and asked for an investigation as have had multiple failed (as in never investigated a complaint I opened) - the answer is go to deadlock. Charlatans

@virginmedia over a day of outage on TV. Broadband is awful always. Get message of its & issue with time to fix. You’ve now just moved back multiple times. Current one says will be fixed hours ago. No contact. I guess also won’t compensate the hundreds of thousands hiding from
@GoDaddyHelp make a formal complaint about setting up domain & emails with tech issues at godaddy’s end . This was followed by hours of fake chat help, drop calls, lies & email contacts who don’t do anything. I’ve wasted many hours. I want an investigation & compensation

@NatWest_Help formal complaint. Payment into my business account doesn’t show who paid. Spend ages getting through to a call rep who doesn’t know what doing. On hold multiple times. Force to speak to a supervisor who doesn’t resolve & won’t open complaint 1hr wasted. No help
@EE more bullshit complaints escalation.I literally fought wave after wave of customer service rep ignore, close, lie, drop calls etc. I got to a supervisor who promised to investigate, apologised & get back to me. Today. Tickbox call from someone who hasn’t read a thing.
@ee is not secure. When chat or customer service ask for two letters of password - they can see whole password. They then get all the details to walk out and hack if want. I’ve tried to raise & get blocked.
Let’s be clear everyone @ee allow people in chat centres to see your whole password after they check 2 letters. So they have all your security details. They cancel complaints on this. They don’t call back. And when raised want to take it to DM to hide it.

@EE had the most terrifying lack of security on chat & then lied to when called 150. It transpires chat people can see whole password & then collect all details to allow to access my account. When raised. Totally ignored or escalated. Supervisors also just lie. All recorded.
