17 years old is in high school.

@papp_joseph @AHS_Warranty I wasn't getting anywhere until I tweeted about it. We then went to DMs and worked it out quickly. Prior to that I could find no way to get to someone who would really listen and was authorized to make a decision. They were always very friendly - just unhelpful.
