Proud to have chaired yesterday my first in person Working Party on #EHDS. The Council still underlines its aim to reach a well-balanced agreement, taking into account the importance of quality and Member States’ competences.

Yesterday we, as Council, hosted the 2nd political #trilogue - and the first one under Belgian Presidency - on #EuropeanHealthDataSpace. We are happy to share that it was a productive meeting. All parties still have the same goal in mind: reaching a well-balanced agreement. #EHDS

💊Today, @EU_Commission announced actions to better prevent & mitigate critical #medicine shortages in the 🇪🇺.

🇧🇪 Belgium & 22 other member states proposed similar measures in a non-paper.

We're pleased with this step forward, important for the health & safety of all Europeans.
