@Tesco I’ve been trying to access my Tesco account via your app repeatedly over the last hour or so, with no success! I need to do my grocery shopping, which is due for delivery on Saturday.
I’m housebound so I depend 100% on my weekly Tesco delivery - please help
@3YearLetterman@awareoptimist @SwingAway1995 @StephenKing I’m pretty sure you’ll find that the English language originated in England…….. surely it’s not that hard to understand!!!
@eon_next When I was having trouble booking a SMART meter installation, she arranged for someone to contact me the next day to book it for me. When I wasn’t sure whether I’d submitted my first meter readings correctly, she checked them for me. From start to finish she’s been brilliant!
@eon_next Hi, I’ve recently had an extremely positive experience with one of your customer support staff. Although I’ve already told her how amazingly helpful she has been, I would really like to let her line manager know that too.
Is there an email address I can send this feedback to?
@eon_next Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I only know her first name, which is Louise - from start to finish she has been brilliant - replying to all of my emails straight away (or her very next working day). When she promised to ring me at a specific time, she did……
@adamfleming@mariannaspring@sima_kotecha@bbclaurak I’ve just finished listening to this episode of #Newscast, and I have to say how much I really enjoyed the format - a rather less confrontational, but far more understanding and supportive version of #Antisocial
Please, please, please could you do more like this x
@IBobMyHead @just_Liles @MartinSLewis I’m currently on the Octopus flexible tariff for both electric and gas, but had heard a whisper elsewhere about the better rates currently on their tracker tariff. My concern though would be that those prices might suddenly go back up again! Is that really likely to happen????
@timboxall@MartinSLewis Very well said! I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, worked full time for over 30yrs, but now too sick & disabled to work at all. I only get Cont-based ESA & DLA, but nothing else!
Forgotten about and struggling, yet again.
@mygirlsmyworldx@MartinSLewis Anyone thinking those on benefits are just lazy scrounges - I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, worked full time for over 30yrs, but now too sick & disabled to work at all. Yes, I’m in the benefit brigade, but not through choice and I really wish I could still work.
@mrsboop2@MartinSLewis My thoughts exactly - I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, worked full time for over 30yrs, but I’m now too disabled to work at all. I now get Contribution-based ESA & DLA, but that’s it, and I’m struggling!
@MartinSLewis Is there nothing at all for those of us getting disability benefits?
I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have to always keep the house warm otherwise my muscle spasms and nerve pain get much worse. I get DLA & Contribution ESA, but no extra help for me this time round it would seem??
@TomShaq@MartinSLewis To anyone who thinks people “on benefits” are just lazy scrounges - I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, worked full time for over 30yrs, but I’m now too sick & disabled to work at all. Yes, I’m a member of the benefit brigade, but it’s definitely not through choice!
@OctopusEnergy How can I join #SavingSessions if I don’t have a SMART Meter?
How can I get a SMART meter if my energy company (YOU!) won’t install one? It’s not fair that I am unable to monitor my energy usage, and potentially save money if you won’t give me a SMART meter! PLEASE HELP.
