An MTS employee started the 7th CPC on 01.01.2016 with ₹18,000 Basic + 0% DA.

By 31.12.2025, the pay reached ₹23,500 Basic + 58% DA.

Over the entire 10-year period, the total earnings from Basic Pay + DA came to around ₹31,52,970.

Now ask a simple question:
Can this realistically buy a dream home and a dream vehicle while managing family expenses and rising inflation?

For many Central Government employees, the answer is No.

માનનીય મુખ્યમંત્રી સાહેબને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓની બદલી માટે યુનિફોર્મ નિયમો બનાવવામાં આવે અને તેની દરેક વિભાગ દ્વારા કડક અમલવારી કરાવવામાં આવે કારણકે સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના નિયમોને ઘણા અધિકારી અવગણના કરી પોતાની રીતે નિયમો બનાવી રહ્યા છે. @CMOGuj @Balwantsinh99

ફિક્સ પેના પગારની પુનઃ સમીક્ષા કરો.. સચિવાલયના 553 થી પણ વધુ અધિકારી- કર્મચારીઓએ રાજ્ય સરકારને 57 પાનાનો પત્ર લખ્યો. છ વર્ષમાં નિયમિત કર્મચારીઓનો 61% પગાર વધ્યો તો ફિક્સ પે ના કર્મચારીનો શું વાંક? નિયમિત કર્મચારીઓના મોંઘવારી ભથ્થામાં પણ વધારો પણ ફિક્સ પે ના કર્મચારીઓને કાંઈ નહીં

રાજ્ય સરકારે ૯.૩૮ લાખ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ માટે મોંઘવારી ભથ્થામાં ૪% નો વધારો કર્યો જે નિર્ણયને આવકારીએ છે પરંતુ ફિક્સ પગારમાં કામ કરતા કર્મચારીઓ ને મોંઘવારી નડતી નહિ હોય ? અમારા ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીઓ માટે પણ પગાર વધારવા બાબતે વિચારવામાં આવે તેવી નમ્ર વીનંતી.
