Insurance denied my friend’s MRI last month.
Doctor ordered it. Said it was medically necessary.
Insurance said they needed more documentation.
Doctor sent more documentation.
Insurance said they needed a peer to peer review.
Peer to peer happened.
Insurance denied it again.
My friend paid $2,400 out of pocket.
The person who denied it was not a doctor.
Was not reviewed by a doctor.
Was an algorithm trained to find reasons to say no.
This is legal.
This is standard practice.
This happens 50,000 times a day in America.
Q: Why should any police department have the power to use Flock cameras to build a location history of innocent people without a warrant, oversight, or suspicion?
Isn't that what the 4th amendment protects?
Police body cam footage in Minnesota reveals a man who reviews cars was surrounded by police because a Flock camera mistakenly said his vehicle was stolen
The cameras flagged the car and the police were out looking for him, once they located him they swarmed him
Just imagine if someone was do die from a police encounter became of a wrongful flock identification
Flock should be federally banned. This is a massive violation of our 4th Amendment
@Ticketmaster I reported you to the NYS attorney general for suspending my account for attempting to buy tickets to a Noah Kahan concert. All I did was add a ticket to my cart that came available for a sold out show, and you suspended my account. When I contacted customer support
I was blown off and told I was flagged for suspicious activity (how is adding 2 tickets to my cart suspicious?!) and that my account would be restored in a few days, which will prevent me from purchasing tickets to this concert at all before it takes place.
Reporter: Are you concerned about the latest inflation number which came out this morning?

I know it’s become pretty cliche and cringey to talk about at this point but if you’re under like 25 I cannot stress enough how one time Obama wore a tan suit and people spent a week arguing over whether or not it was demeaning to the Oval Office and they were serious about it.
🚨 NEW: Mohammed Fahir Amaaz and Muhammad Amaad have been cleared over the alleged assault of a male police officer at Manchester Airport
Two juries failed to reach a verdict and no further trial will take place
Just one day after ending "The Late Show" on CBS, Stephen Colbert returned to TV — to host a public access show with rocker Jack White in Monroe, Michigan.
Appearances by Jeff Daniels, Eminem and Steve Buscemi.
Paramount is apparently trying to suppress copies of "Only in Monroe" from appearing on other social platforms by filing frivolous copyright notices, even though the show was produced by a public access TV channel and doesn't use their intellectual property...
