"Quelle Époque" a consacré de nombreuses émissions aux massacres du 7 octobre, à la montée de l’antisémitisme et à la Shoah. Et nous tenons à réaffirmer qu’en aucune manière la Shoah ne saurait être banalisée.

Depuis le 7 octobre 2023, les actes antisémites ont explosé dans notre pays. Personne ne peut y rester indifférent. La séquence en question venait d’ailleurs après un long développement sur l’horreur de l’antisémitisme en France. Nous sommes extrêmement vigilants pour que jamais la haine, quelle qu'elle soit, n'ait sa place à l'antenne.

I feel nothing but sympathy for some of those who kept silent while the gender wars raged around them. I’ve had literally thousands of emails on this subject and some of the most desperate have been from people who risk their livelihoods and face persecution and harassment if they speak up.

That said, I have zero sympathy for academics who did nothing to prevent illiberal and authoritarian activism stifling debate, freedom of speech and academic enquiry at their place of work. Defending those values is fundamental to academic life and you didn’t just fall short, you disgraced yourselves. Your inaction and cowardice enabled a campaign of persecution against one of your own that shamed @SussexUni.

There are times in life where we are confronted by clear moral choices, when there is no middle route. Either you stand up for freedom of speech and belief - yes, even up to the point of causing offence - or you bow down to a totalitarian culture that relies on intimidation and threats to sustain itself.

It’s deeply depressing to think that a university requires a punitive fine to make it wake up to the fact that it’s abandoned basic liberal values, but the OfS has at last drawn a much needed line in the sand. I wouldn’t bet against more monster fines to come, though. The University of Sussex is far from the only institute of learning where a culture of fear has been allowed to flourish.

“Donald Trump himself said he wanted to push Putin as far back as possible. That's why this mineral agreement was so innovative.

“Because most of the key deposits are along this disputed area. If you can come up with a DMZ close to, or near, where Putin started the war, and he did start the war, and have concessions where Europeans and Americans come in and have personnel on the ground and it's a prosperous, mutually advantaged concession, then you're going to have the beginning of a lasting peace.

“Putin will not go in there and kill Americans or disrupt that.”

To anyone who feels down about the state our country. If you fear, you worry, you panic at the mess we find ourselves in.

I just want you to know that I used to feel that way too.

But the truth is our country and our people have overcome trials far greater than this.

We defeated Napoleon, the Kaiser and Hitler.

We've weathered Plague, Famine and Disasters down these many centuries.

And I assure you our story does not end here.

The problems we face today, mass immigration, rampant crime, an unstable economy, a lack of infrastructure, poverty, the takeover of our institutions and the destruction of our communities were all done to us by people we elected.

These weren't outside forces, these were those that won power.

And we must remember we can kick them out of power too.

The reason you feel like there's no hope is because the people who have engineered this or done this "by design" as Keir Starmer let slip the other day, are currently in panic mode as western civilization has triggered the timebombs to see an end of this neoliberal globalist experiment that has wrought so much misery on our people.

In Italy, we have Meloni. In The Netherlands, Geert Wilders. In Germany, the AFD may just win the election next year. In Austria, the Freedom party won the last election. Denmark is anti-immigration. Hungary is. Poland is. So many countries are waking up to this reality and in 2027 we will, I believe, finally see Marine Le Pen elected President in France.

What I'm saying is it doesn't matter what we do here. The trends around the world are already changing. Sweden now has a remigration programme, yes liberal lefty Sweden pays migrants to leave their country and Trump is about to embark on the largest mass deportation in the history of the world.

We wont be left behind in this. We will follow suit in time and we will go on as we have before.

Please do not fear.
The globalists are simply running down the clock.
And their time will soon be up.
