@greateranglia Please can you advise on the problem with the delayed 17:58 from Liverpool Street to Ipswich? Our extremely crowded train has left Liverpool Street but has stopped before Stratford with no explanation as to what's occurring. Thank you for an update.
@greateranglia Might it be possible to make a 'please do not put your feet on the seats' announcement on your trains? It's so discourteous but sadly an everyday occurrence. Anything to discourage would be greatly appreciated!
