@AerLingus received a refund of my flight from the nightmare of cancelled flights on 10.09.22 but I didn’t receive a response on the compensation or refund to cover additional costs I had to pay, I was told by your staff to keep all receipts to be refunded but no response!?

@AerLingus been given a letter to claim a full refund but the page it takes you too doesn’t give you an option to do anything nor does it list our flight as cancelled on your list? I also want to know how to claim for the new flights and additional hotel I’ve had to pay for?
