@NOW Both E6 and 7 of s1 cut to the ads 10 -15 seconds too soon meaning the end of the episodes were not shown which is very very annoying. Is there a way to change the timing of the ads we have to endure

Refused refund in store @TKMaxx_UK for a faulty purchase. Head office reply is to ‘return to another store’. So I’m to drive to all the stores in the North West to find a member of staff capable or willing to deal with the complaint properly. Not good enough

@BritishGasHelp it appears my 80 yr old Dad’s gas smart meter isn’t working. No display on meter meaning can’t provide the meter reading requested by Morrison Data services. Having checked his latest bill it appears last 6 months were estimated? Please advise how this gets sorted

@nsandihelp He’s just turned 16 which probably explain why it disappeared. However, I can’t find details of his account number so how would he register online without it? Also at that age he won’t have any credit history for you to check he is who he says he is?
