As you know, blockchain is no longer a niche technology. It is entering finance, banking, and government systems. But as scaling takes place, there is a risk of losing the most important thing: decentralization.
That is what makes blockchain different. It is not a single center that decides what is true, but thousands of independent nodes verifying data together. If this is abandoned for the sake of speed, the point of the technology disappears. In that case, it would be simpler to stick with the old infrastructure.
@get_optimum offers a different path. At its core is RLNC, a network coding technology developed by MIT professor Muriel Médard. Instead of transmitting messages sequentially, the network works like a puzzle: parts of the data are distributed simultaneously, and the system itself reconstructs lost fragments.
In a test with more than 40 large Ethereum validators holding around 29% of the stake, information was propagated 2.5 times faster. No messages were lost.
At the same time, the network does not become more centralized. Flex nodes allow anyone with a computer and an internet connection to become part of it. Optimum is not building a new blockchain. It is improving the one that already exists.
The idea is that scaling should not mean the concentration of power. Better infrastructure should preserve distributed trust and give more opportunities to those who have the least influence.

Agents should not figure out their authority in the middle of negotiations. Their authority must be defined before negotiations begin.
That is exactly what @KiteAIFDN Agent Passport 2.0 demonstrates in a procurement demo. A person first sets the target price, hard limit, and non-negotiable conditions. Both agents negotiate only within their private mandates. Every proposal is checked before it is sent. Only the package allowed by both sides reaches the person for signing.
This is not a replacement for the signer. It is a clear definition of what the agent can and cannot do before it starts acting.
In the demo, it looks like this: the buyer sets a target of $1,700 per unit and walks away if the price is above $1,800. Then the mandate is detailed: prices for laptops and monitors, payment terms, exclusivity, the share of refurbished products, delivery timelines. Some parameters are protected, some are flexible. Agents propose packages, the system blocks anything that goes beyond the mandate, and only the agreed option goes to co-sign.
As a result: agentic commerce becomes controlled rather than chaotic. The boundaries are set by the person. The person remains the one who closes the deal.
So, unequivocally, this is important for enterprise scenarios: procurement, B2B negotiations, and any deals where agent autonomy without predefined rules creates risk.
