We LOVE seeing our BREATHE T32 alum advancing in their careers. Congratulations, Dr. Varga! Wishing you all the best in your new role. 🤗👏 @UFMBI@UFPHHP
BREATHE/NMPT T32 & Rehab Science students got the opportunity to meet with Dr. David Berlowitz (@UniMelb) to talk science and enjoy some tasty treats. Thank you for your time & the vibrant discussions!

Someone please design affordable indoor lighting that accurately mimics circadian transitions. The research on best wavelengths & brightness by time of day exist, yet (by my awareness) no correctly designed lighting exists. Sunlight in the am is still needed of course. #science
This study investigated how cell shape and the motility of individual cells influence how macrophages scan for signs of infection. https://t.co/qZKiXWRl07
It’s not a coincidence that doing these things before 11am makes us feel better all day & sleep better:
1) View sunlight
2) Exercise
3) Hydrate
4) See people we love
(They are among the major cues for circadian clock setting. All goes better when we obey our circadian biology).
