@Avis I spoke to two of your colleagues: one in the UK and one at the LAX Avis desk. They cannot do anything about it and both said it happens all the time. Why do you push people to use QuickPass?

@Avis Is this QuickPass a scam? Was sent multiple emails to use it. When I finally did it added a £48 "young driver charge" (I'm 47 and hold a licence for 28 years). Then it tells me that I need to pay £467.78 on collection when I already have a pre-paid booking of £377!!! Why?
