Through the Blueprint Biomarkers I signed up for I found out I have low abnormal Ferritin. I am extremely thankful that I finally did the blood work and started looking into my health measurements. I look forward to hearing your progress and hoping to learn from it. In the meantime still consuming snake oil to keep me going until then.
@sweatystartup Very cool! I do this with my seven year old most days. This is the first time I’ve seen this specifically shared and introduced to children. Very inspiring.
@bryan_johnson Having kids on board with health and wellness is incredibly helpful now and in the future. I feel it is my duty, and it is especially helpful when it is encouraged by the friends you surround yourself with!
It feels pretty obvious at this point that someone’s going to make billions building a social app that’s just for friends, no AI slop, no brainrot, calm design, chronological feed and no concept of followers
Be boring in the right ways. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Eat simple foods. Save money. Exercise. Read old books. Avoid drama. Boring is seriously underrated.
@bryan_johnson 10 air squats every 45 min - Added to the Don’t Die App ✅ I included in the thumbnail picture of my golden retriever, squatting by the pool in real time 😁
@bryan_johnson Waiting for your next Don't Die Summit. I travel the world so I'll be there. Cant wait... and hoping. Are you speaking at SynBioBeta This year?
I relate to this. I have Facebook and Instagram off of my phone. I’ve done this in the past for two years. It was extremely helpful. I have done it now for at least a few weeks again. I feel more free and also more present with my son as we adventure. Now I just check X for @bryan_johnson posts of wisdom. Feels so good. Go a step further and compile the good wisdom over a week at a time to review.
It reminds me of sitting in the basement at the IBM computer in New York, staring at the blinking cursor on a black screen, typing DOS commands like I knew exactly what I was doing. I felt cool. That was fun.
Sending the command to "Wake up!" my openclaw for the first time felt like such a seminal moment
I had goosebumps all down my arms
I think something about using the command line brings me back to being a kid, typing into DOS, feeling like technology was giving me superpowers
