@KarenMillen I’m absolutely gobsmacked at the return/ refund service. I returned items at the beginning of March it took 14 days for u to acknowledge u had received them back, I received an email on 16/03 stating I should receive a refund in 4 days, it’s now 27/03 still nothing

@jet2tweets I’ve been trying since Friday to speak to someone about cancelling my holiday been on hold for 2.30 hrs still nothing, used WhatsApp but nothing, says you start at 8am although message says phone lines aren’t open yet!!!
