@JarheadFrog This is a flawed analysis. First, TCU has a small alumni base (smaller than Baylor), and TCU is not "Fort Worth's team." Texas Tech has a much bigger alumni base in DFW than TCU. I don't see the SEC ever pursuing TCU and unlikely the Big 10 will either.
