@FLGoldenBoy@triggerpod@RobertGreene Yeah, he lost me when he's genuinely surprised to hear Trump has sense of humor. Flawed as he may seem, Trump surely can make people laugh when he speaks.
@FreightAlley Haha, it’s absolutely right. That’s why I never listen to any spontaneous comments. There are just simply too many 2nd and 3rd order effects no one can easily deduce
@FreightAlley Just like Toyota setting up local factory in the US during the 90s. Now all Toyota cars are technically mostly made in the US. I think Chinese OEMs will love to do it
@BullTheoryio If stable coin can handle credit card like payment structure, I bet the eventual processing fees will be still on par with what credit card companies are charging now
@mnicoletos His book soent 80% on American issues, 10% on historical context, 5% on other countries….only 5% on china. Everyone knows about America, good and bad but literally we know nothing in-depth about china, this is unfortunate but also kudo to CCP on control of information
@eurofounder It’s a shame. France universities (especially the ecoles) produce some of the best scientists and engineers. Yet they hardly stay in France but has to move overseas for richer job opportunities
@TheStalwart@_nehem Don’t you think that’s the job for journalists to investigate and report why wapo failed but NyT thrived? I assume people would actually be willing to pay for these contents
@levelsio That’s v true. Both countries have their strength and weakness and they all appear to be weaker than they projected. The rest of countries are more like NPC really.
@FreightAlley Sep and Oct saw strong activities. With good showing in November and December, this year could at least be described as salvageable from the ruins of the first two quarters.
That said, the April liberation day definitely caused lots of anxiety that drove the pause
@DrewPavlou I wish he could act a little bit more tough when Chinese cops searched his phone. He was in a complete submissive mode. Imagine it happened in America…
@pretentiouswhat That’s intentional. We know so much about America (good and bad)and we literally know v little about China intentionally. Any information about or from China is either controlled or “managed” in someway and even those news are only less than 10% of what’s really happening inside
@ggreenwald@RandPaul Haha, let’s not forget. Before the 2022 Russia invasion, both Russia and Ukraine has been consistently ranked the 2 most corrupted countries in pan Europe.
