@the_LTA .. not, and you don't provide a way to contact you. Several of the links on the email do not work either. You're not looking like a very professional organisation.
@the_LTA How do I contact you? Does anything work in your organisation? I have emailed customer services and only got an automated rely. I paid membership and can not book. I have just received an email from you saying I have signed up for 'Advantage' membership - which I have ..
@easyJet I have a flight booked from Southend to Amsterdam Thursday afternoon. You online chat cs keeps insisting that the flight is fine even though the airport is shut indefinitely. I asked to be rerouted under uk261 but the cs op says I have to pay to change. Is this correct?
@tobycarvery I'm sure that you could do something, but choose not to. I have frequented your establishment in Southend many times over the years, but my family and I shan't be back again.
@tobycarvery I didn't eat there - I had no idea it was a private car park - I'd pulled off at the 'Services' and didn't see any signage saying it was only for use of Toby Carvery customers. They may have been signs but they weren't obvious. Usually when you park at 'Services' you just park.
@Stephen72311415 @British_Airways It is terrible - I have been trying to contact them for nearly a month with no luck. I'd get better customer service from Derek Trotter.
@ClarissaCust@British_Airways No, I've been trying since at least 13th August with the same result. Contacted BA Customer Service and just fobbed off with the same number. It's unbelievable.
@SkyNews I’m employed part-time plus I earn about 45% of my income from self-employment. If I understand the chancellor correctly, I won’t be able to claim under his new scheme as the ‘majority’ of my income is not from self-employment.
The government appear to be ‘massaging’ Coronavirus fatality figures for some reason. Is the situation far worse than we are led to believe? Could that be because of Bojo’s failure to act quickly and decisively for the health of our nation?
Rather concerned that Cllr Kevin Buck @Southend_Tories thought he was voting on whether to refer the decision to merge our 3 local hospitals. That ship has already sailed and the council has no say in the matter. He was actually voting on referring the STP reconfiguration plans.
Corruption Inc: Serco to pay £19.2m fine and £3.7m in costs for fraud and false accounting. It overcharged the UK Ministry of Justice for the electronic tagging service. No penalties on directors. The govt continues to give contracts to the company. Why?
