This time of year many of us are hitting the trails, uneven surfaces and wet, slippery conditions.
Although these type of exercises are usually used in ankle sprain rehab, we should think about using them to ? reduce the risk of injury and improve performance at this time of year.
Start with 2-3 x week, 30-90 secs per exercise depending on ability and current fitness.
Progress as able over 6-12 weeks.
