The Long Awaited Continuing Review...
SCOTUS and Birthright Citizenship ERROR #3
The majority claims the 14th Amendment is clear. But the members of the Senate who wrote and ratified it prove otherwise.
Senator Jacob Howard, who introduced the Citizenship Clause, expressly stated that it “will not…include persons born in the United States who are foreigners [or] aliens.” The Senate repeatedly affirmed the same principle throughout the ratification debate.
The Senators who wrote the 14th Amendment, in clear English, established by INTENT.
The constitutional standard is jurisdiction, complete political allegiance to the United States, not geography.
A child cannot legally declare allegiance as they are not sovereign in the eyes of the law!
That is why the debates repeatedly distinguished foreigners, aliens, tribal Indians, diplomats, and others who owed allegiance elsewhere.
Repeatedly.
The authors of the 14th Amendment understood the difference between being physically present in the United States and being completely subject to its political jurisdiction.
Once again the Majority cherry picks history to make its politically driven conclusions rather than admitting that history is clear, the drafters were clear, and the point was established through repetition for the defining point:
Citizenship did NOT attach merely because a child happened to be born on American soil.
When the words of the Constitution become detached from the intent of those who wrote and ratified them, judges are no longer interpreting the Constitution.
They are writing legal fairy tales.
BONUS SECTION: Want to know where this entire failure begins?
It begins at Supreme Court confirmation hearings, where Senators interrogate nominees over whether they are "conservative" or "liberal."
That is a political standard, not a constitutional one.
As long as Americans tolerate judges being selected according to that false paradigm, we will continue to get judges who substitute their own will for the Constitution.
Our Framers warned us about judges like this. In Federalist No. 83, Hamilton explained that judges who abandon the Constitution are subject to impeachment.
Until we demand that our Senators evaluate judicial nominees by constitutional fidelity rather than political ideology, we should not be surprised when every constitutional question becomes just another political debate; another opportunity to rewrite the Constitution from the bench.
The Constitution does not survive simply because judges occupy a bench. It survives only when We the People demand that it be obeyed-with zero excuses.
I'm a cardiologist. I've spent twenty years as the person patients trust to interpret their bodies. And I need to tell you something that most physicians won't say out loud:
AI is about to change the power dynamic between you and your doctor. Forever.
Four days ago, OpenAI's o3 model diagnosed 18 children with rare diseases that the best human specialists at Boston Children's Hospital couldn't solve — some after nearly twenty years of searching. Published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Two weeks ago, WashU researchers proved that nine routine blood markers can calculate your biological age — and predict cancer risk years before any tumor forms. A free calculator. Available to anyone.
Last month, AI-enhanced coronary CT angiography detected inflamed arteries in patients whose standard stress tests said "normal." Patients who would have gone home reassured and wrong.
The pattern is unmistakable. The tools that used to require a specialist, a referral, a three-month wait, and a $400 copay are migrating into your phone, your bloodwork portal, and your own hands.
And I'm watching something in my practice I never expected.
Patients are walking in more informed than some of the residents I trained. They've run their PhenoAge score. They know their ApoB. They've read the study about Lp(a) before I've had time to bring it up. They come with questions so specific that the conversation starts at a level it took me years of training to reach.
This used to threaten physicians. It shouldn't. It should liberate us.
Because here's the truth about the old model: a 15-minute appointment where your doctor runs a basic metabolic panel, glances at the numbers, says "looks fine," and sends you home — that model was never good enough. It was just all we had. It missed 75% of future heart attacks. It caught cancer late. It told women with microvascular disease they had anxiety. It filed children with rare diseases as "unsolvable."
AI doesn't replace the physician. I've said this before and I mean it — the human moment, the clinical judgment, the hand on the shoulder when the diagnosis lands — that's irreplaceable.
But AI does something the old model never could: it gives you the ability to see inside your own biology with a depth and speed that was impossible a decade ago. To track your own numbers. To calculate your own biological age. To bring data to your doctor that elevates the conversation from "am I sick?" to "where exactly am I heading, and what do we do about it?"
The patient who walks in with their ApoB, their Lp(a), their hsCRP, their PhenoAge calculation, and a list of questions from the latest research — that patient doesn't threaten me.
That patient is the easiest person in my practice to keep alive.
Because they've already done the one thing most patients never do: they stopped waiting for permission to understand their own body.
I went into medicine because I wanted to help people live longer. What I've learned is that the patients who live longest are the ones who took ownership — not of my job, but of their own data, their own questions, and their own decisions.
The tools are here. The research is published. The calculators are free. The blood tests cost less than a dinner out.
You don't need to wait for your annual physical to find out what's happening inside you. You don't need permission to understand your own biology. And you don't need to accept "looks fine" from anyone — including me — when the science offers a deeper answer.
The revolution isn't coming. It's in your pocket. In your patient portal. In the published studies you can read yourself.
The only question left is whether you'll use it — or keep waiting for someone to tell you it's time.
Your body. Your data. Your life.
Take ownership. Your future self is counting on it.
Communism through (my) ages:
1) When I was 15, a teacher told me "It isn't as bad as they say, and makes a lot of sense."
2) At about 19, college friends, "Socialism isn't communism."
3) At 20, on meeting my grandfather-in-law, "They are evil. We escaped in 1949."
4) At 30, "China is a wonderful developing Democracy"
5) At 35, I was sent to communist China on business. It was a crowded, smelly, dirty, factory of despair and hopelessness. This I saw with my own eyes.
6) At 36, "China doesn't count. Successful socialism is in northern Europe."
7) I moved to northern Europe when I was 40. It was much nicer than China, but also felt like I was living in the past. I had to wait 6 months for a hernia operation.
8) When I was about 45, the migrant crisis began. The socialist/globalist/pacifist allowed them entry into every country, regardless how many crimes they committed along the way. Just 20 minutes from my house, in Calais, I was shocked to see migrants jumping onto trucks, breaking open the doors, scattering the contents across the highway, then climbing in. They went through the Chunnel and got out in England.
9) At 52, the soft socialism around me had transformed into globalism. I was told I had to call people by their preferred pronouns, though it was a lie, and even if I didn't know what the preferences were. I quit.
10) I returned to the US, and am now 60. "Socialism" is no longer a dirty word here. People openly espouse the virtues of it. Politicians run as socialists and win.
Socialism has taken many forms, from the Bolshevism of Russia, to the CCP in China, the Nazis in Germany, Fascists in Italy, and the many forms of it found in Latin America. It is one of the two most destructive ideologies on earth. It is designed to deprive, despirit, and murder everything that comes in contact with it.
Socialism is a great lie at every level. It helps no one, not even those who benefit the most. This is because the cost is the imposition of one's will on everyone else, and that destroys the soul of the usurper and the life of the oppressed.
Socialism always fails on its own, but only after destroying almost everything in its train. It can also be conquered. Those are the options.
🚨Byron Donalds became belligerent and started SCREAMING at voters at a town hall after someone asked him if he’s ever read a book.
This is why he won’t debate.
🚨ANTIFA THE SNEAKY TERRORIST SCUM JUST GOT CAUGHT INFILTRATING THE WORK CREWS THAT LAID THE NEW SEALANT ON THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL REFLECTING POOL — NATIONAL PARK SERVICE SAYS NEARLY 300 “WORKERS” WERE HIRED AND SOME OF THE DAMAGE WAS SABOTAGE FROM THE INSIDE!
Follow @RedLivesMatterQ
These radical left pieces of shit never stop.
Investigators for the National Park Service now believe Antifa operatives infiltrated the work crews that were supposedly “fixing” the Reflecting Pool after their chemical attack.
The company hired almost 300 people for the job, and now it looks like some of the new damage and the rapid deterioration of the sealant is the result of deliberate sabotage during installation.
Park Service Spokesperson Jon Raebro said it straight: “It looks like some of the damage may be the result of sabotage at the installation level. Antifa is well-funded and trained for covert missions.”
These domestic terrorists didn’t just dump toxic algae and peptides into the pool. They went a step further and got their people on the inside to fuck up the “repair” job too.
They have entire Facebook pages dedicated to spreading bullshit just to blame MAGA while they’re the ones actually destroying our monuments.
This is next-level Antifa terrorism.
They attack the pool, then they infiltrate the crews trying to fix it. These people have zero respect for America.
Kash Patel and the FBI are already all over this.
Share this everywhere and let every American see how deep this Antifa infiltration goes!

🚨KASH PATEL JUST DROPPED THE HAMMER — ANYONE WHO DAMAGED THE REFLECTING POOL WITH ANTIFA’S TOXIC CHEMICALS IS NOW FACING FEDERAL CHARGES FOR ABUSE OF PROTECTED SPECIES AFTER BABY POTOMAC WOOD DUCKS STARTED DYING FROM THE POISON — 20 YEARS IN PRISON!
Follow @RedLivesMatterQ
This has gone too fucking far.FBI Director Kash Patel just announced that the Antifa terrorists who dumped the chemical-laced algae into the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool are now being hit with federal charges for abuse of protected species.
Potomac Wood Ducks — including baby ducklings — are dying from the toxic shit these domestic terrorists poured into the water.
Patel didn’t hold back: “This has gone too far… They have no respect for America.”These Antifa scumbags didn’t just vandalize a national monument. They poisoned the water so badly that innocent baby ducks are dying. Now they’re looking at 20 years in federal prison on top of everything else.
Kash Patel and the FBI are done playing games with these radical left terrorists who treat our most sacred sites like their personal war zone.
They killed baby ducks. They tried to destroy the Reflecting Pool. And now they’re going to pay for every single one of them.
This is what happens when you fuck with America under Trump.
Share this everywhere and let every Antifa piece of shit see that even the ducks are off limits now!

🚨ANTIFA TERRORIST SCUM WHO DUMPED TOXIC ALGAE IN THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL REFLECTING POOL ARE NOW BEING CHARGED WITH FEDERAL HATE CRIMES — AND COULD GET 20 YEARS IN PRISON THANKS TO AG TODD BLANCHE!
This isn’t just vandalism anymore.
The two Antifa operatives caught on camera dumping buckets of aggressive Georgia algae into the Reflecting Pool at 3 AM are now facing federal hate crime charges.
Attorney General Todd Blanche didn’t mince words: “This wasn’t just sabotage. This was a blatant attack on Americans and our values.”
Adding the hate crime enhancement means mandatory sentencing up to 20 years if they’re convicted. Blanche says they have “a truckload of evidence” against them.
These domestic terrorists thought they could defile one of America’s most sacred monuments in the middle of the night and get away with it. Wrong.
They didn’t just pollute the water — they attacked a national symbol of freedom and honor. Now they’re going to pay the price.
This is what real justice looks like under President Trump’s DOJ.

🚨ANTIFA TERRORIST SCUM CAUGHT ON CAMERA DUMPING BUCKETS OF TOXIC GEORGIA ALGAE INTO THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL REFLECTING POOL AT 3 AM — CAUSING MILLIONS IN DAMAGE AND NOW FACING TEN YEARS IN PRISON IF THEY DON’T RAT OUT WHO FUNDED THIS DISGUSTING ATTACK!
These radical left pieces of shit just hit a new low.
US Parks Police caught two Antifa operatives on camera driving a pickup truck onto the National Mall in the middle of the night and dumping multiple buckets of an extremely aggressive form of algae into the Reflecting Pool.
The pool is now a disgusting green mess, and the damage is already in the millions.USPP Captain Joseph Barron has them in custody. They’re not cooperating yet, but he’s got them dead to rights on film.
“It’s that or ten years in prison,” Barron said. “They’ve caused millions in damage.”
These domestic terrorists thought they could vandalize one of America’s most sacred sites and get away with it. Wrong.
This is what Antifa really is — not “mostly peaceful protesters,” but actual criminals who hate this country so much they’ll poison the Reflecting Pool in the dark.
Share this everywhere and let every patriot see exactly what these Antifa scum are still doing to our monuments!

Quase 400 deles ultrapassaram os US$ 100 milhões.
Hoje sua fatia vale US$ 880 mil.
Palavras dele: “A magnitude disso é ridícula.”
🚨Governor DeSantis RIPS the @FloridaGOP to SHREDS for trying to RIG the election for Byron Donalds!
Says they are BETRAYING voters by canceling the debate w their SHADY secret criteria!
Says HE wouldn’t have won in 2018 if they rigged it this way!
“Yeah, there should be a debate! They said they were going to do a debate. They didn't put out the criteria publicly. I don't think RPOF ever voted on any type of criteria. I've heard secondhand what the criteria was. I wouldn't have qualified when I ran in ‘18 for what they were trying to do!
And so it's counterproductive when you try to engineer an outcome because you need a coalition of voters to do well. And this may be a tough cycle for Republicans if you look at some of the indicators, the way things are trending. And so having an open process and having people be able to have their say is always better than to try to engineer an outcome.
So what the party should be doing is what's in the best interest of Republican voters. You shouldn't have another agenda. You shouldn't be answering to ANYONE ELSE (Susie Wiles) other than the voters there.
Now, having said that, this whole notion that the party should control debates is ridiculous. You don't need the party to control it! They have NO AUTHORITY to control debates.
We did a debate when I was running in 18. We did one on Fox News and had nothing to do with it. I mean, I think the party was involved in terms of like getting people to attend, but we did it. They put it on TV. And so you can do something like that, having nothing to do with the party. You know, the party has a very limited role.
It should be a CANDIDATE-DRIVEN process and NOT for people to be making decisions who voters have never voted into those positions to begin with! So line up something with TV, line up something, radio, all these different forms. There's a whole host of ways that you can do, but to just set criteria, especially with polling when most people haven't started paying attention. Qualifying just ended today. So up until 11.59 this morning, you could have qualified to run in these races!
So yeah, I think to do those types of criteria, I think ultimately is counterproductive. I think you alienate people for no reason. And look, we've had a great run in Florida, but part of it is, you know, we've really, I think respected the voters and worked really hard to build that trust and support that has seen us go from 300,000 more registered Democrats when I got elected in 18 to now 1.5 million more registered Republicans.
I mean, I won this county in 2022, Palm Beach. First time in 40 years a Republican was able to do that. And Palm Beach used to have 170,000 gap between DNR. That gap is narrow dramatically to where you potentially could have Palm Beach have a plurality of Republican registrants. But I think that complicates it if people don't have confidence in the party label in the party brand.”
On me demande souvent si je crois vraiment que l'Occident va gagner.
Alors j'ai fait le calcul. Froidement.
Elon répond: "There's nowhere to go."
Donc voici mes odds, posées publiquement pour qu'on puisse me juger dessus.
I find it amusing that some people think Trump is just blissfully unaware about the upcoming midterms.
Meanwhile, in reality, Red states have been gaining seats by legally redrawing congressional maps.
Trump is about to sign the Secure America Act, which fully funds ICE/DHS throughout his term, which he has hinted will be involved in election security, a necessary precursor to the Save America Act and/or EO to secure elections.
Trump also planned for our operations in the Middle East to be concluded before the midterms, gas prices will be down, stock market will be up, and Trump will have all the positive optics.
Then there’s also Russia/Ukraine, which if he were to settle a deal between now and the midterms, would be a massive feather in his cap, and huge boost for GOP candidates.
Then there’s all the fraud investigations, criminal referrals for Walz/Ellison in Minnesota, treasonous conspiracy cases, etc., which could be used to damage the Dems’ optics leading up to the midterms. Any matter of exposure, declassification, or “October surprises” could be deployed.
My point is, Trump is setting himself up to be in prime position heading into November, and it’s not an accident. He is extremely aware about the midterms, and pieces are slowly moving into place. Combine all the positive optics with better congressional maps, election security, peace deals, etc., and the Dems are facing a historic bloodbath in November.
Timing is everything. Trump knows exactly what he is doing. Trust.
.@GovRonDeSantis .@RonDeSantis
Governor Ron DeSantis,
I write this as an open letter to you, in hopes that as small as my voice may be, my story may serve as a testimony towards your future decisions.
I am a 22 year old life long resident of Sumter County. And I'm a proud native 8th Generation Floridian.
I worked very closely alongside James Fishback. And became very familiar with the gubernatorial election in it's entirety. I was privy to background information such as future debate dates, etc.
I got to know James over the course of several months and subsequently found him to be a fraud, I however lingered on the campaign as I felt I have always had an obligation to serve, regardless of whatever disgusting face was at the forefront.
I have since discovered this a serious and gross miscalculation in my own ethos. And have tried to listen more than I speak since having left the campaign. I should have told the truth while I was on the campaign about James' moral discretions and lack of fortitude and hypocrisy.
I fear what Florida would become under a Governor Fishback. You would have something akin to Huey Long's tenure. Florida would be left in the scrap heap. And the 8 long years you've spent building this state would be laid to waste in a fortnight.
Coincidentally, a Governor Donald's presents an ever present and malicious danger as well, to our natural resources, and everything that makes Florida, Florida. Byron Donald's is a weak candidate who relies on insider trading to make his living.
In this turbulent election, I know you have kept quiet for a myriad of reasons. This is not the time to remain quiet. Horrible things happen when good men do and say nothing.
That is why, I implore you to endorse the man you appointed to serve alongside you, a man with the same determination and grit as yourself, to be our next Governor. There is far too much at risk to allow this fiasco to continue.
Your endorsement will decide the election. Full stop. And it would decide this election, today. You won a mandate entirely on your own merit during your reelection. The people of Florida, would be more than happy to keep you for a further 8 years if it were possible.
However, in lieu of what an immense blessing that would be, we would be more than happy to have your legacy carried forward by Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins.
Thank you for your service to our state and our country.
Yours,
Bryant Fulgham
Spencer Pratt got 0 out of 24,000 votes in a late night LA ballot drop.
0/24,000
A guy getting around 30% support got 0 out of 24,000.
Astronomically small probability of happening.
Impossible.
California no longer even hides it.
Doors need to be kicked in.
It’s delusional to think that Trump is “weak inside the GOP.
But what’s crystal clear is that Trump has made bad endorsements, and Byron Donalds might be his worst. Trump won’t admit his error, but the voters of Florida can solve the problem. Vote Jay Collins in the GOP primary.
