@duckrabbitblog Doesn’t this illustrate how difficult it can be for a viewer ‘to read’ images, esp without a caption/explanation? We are trying to work out this woman’s intent in covering/hiding/sheilding her face. But we don’t really know.

HAS ANYONE REPLIED? This is a good point, not everyone has access to mobility scooters like these, or can afford one, so I guess hiring one is the only option? How much does income impact on access for people with disabilities? How much do these vehicles cost? #disability #access
