In Wk14 of #OUB329, I have realized that you need to really listen to the local stakeholders and involve creativity to deal with wicked problems such as Family for every child faces in Mumbai.
Is a positive-sum leadership even possible? Theoretically, yes, but achieving a win-win situation for internal and external stakeholders is very challenging and rather rare; resulting in difficult decisions for leaders to be made.
