Today Iraqi Museum has received back the Nimrud treasure and Ur treasure with other art masterpieces of Iraqi civilizations that were stored in the central bank since 1990 for safety. The treasure of Nimrud was briefly displayed in 2003 for limited audience after rediscovery.
