@STyne_Council This needs to be resolved sooner rather than later. This is now a health hazard around South Tyneside. People are fly tipping and rubbish is rotting in people’s bins. We’ve only had two collections since Christmas! It’s a disgrace to increase our council tax for no services!

@maverickladys @Nigel_May @CreateCraftTV @DawnWheeler_ I wouldn’t bother. They just want your money. I have received a damaged item 14/01 and a month later and after several emails and phone calls they still think it’s acceptable that a customer should cover the return costs. I wouldn’t even trust them with a refund.

@CreateCraftTV Beware of this company, they refuse to pay for return postage for an item that has arrived damaged. Very slow customer service as well. Awful company to deal with.

@BritishGasHelp £13 communication charge? Are you kidding me? Never heard of such a thing. We’re new customers (not by choice) and not for long at this rate. How can you charge for a letter? What sort of treatment is this?
