We are not complainers and just feel like this is never ending. Holiday less than enjoyable due to all the issues and to top it off I’m 6months pregnant and the relaxing holiday I should be having is becoming a nightmare! We work too hard to spend money on inadequate facilities

@MulberryEngland Hi, I have an quality issue with the Medium Lily bag. I use this bag sparingly for occasions only. The metalwork to the front plate and fastener is ‘gold’ has come away around the fastener revealing a different colour underneath, really disappointed, looks cheap

@AvantiWestCoast hello! Just boarded the train to Edinburgh from Preston and when we arrived to our seats they were taken as had been double booked, very disappointed please advise
