F/T teacher on 22/25 lessons teaching. If I have a pre planned, centralised, fully resourced SOL and I spend 10 mins giving each lesson a cursory read through - not even adapting - that’s all my PPA plus 0.6 of another session used.
I am 100% behind our amazing #teachers. They work tirelessly for our children with a complete lack of resource & funding. They work unpaid overtime everyday & deserve better. This has been years in the making!
