@McKathlin @NoNonsenseND Time blindness wouldn't matter if you were out hunting until dawn, pure light based body clock functioning. I also think it plays a big part in why so many ADHDers have issues with artifical lights, especially in offices....

@NoNonsenseND An explanation is detailing of the facts, much like a witness statement. An excuse is blaming something else for a fault. They are not the same thing but my five-15 year old self couldn't get several adults that taught her in school to understand this concept. Dx AuDHD at 43

@upshine3 Usually have to switch between loud, singalong/fast beat music to do mundane tasks like washing up or, complete silence to focus on more complex tasks. Or, do it in the 30mins before I need to leave the house to pick up the kids, the pressure helps 🙄
